**Utility Operator**
The Utility Operator plays a vital role in the daily functions of the Finishing Department by overseeing production machinery and ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks. This position entails maintaining a tidy work environment and engaging in safety initiatives to promote an accident-free workplace. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for those with prior experience in a manufacturing setting. The position demands the capability to execute physical tasks, lift weights of up to 50 lbs, and follow comprehensive written or verbal directions.
