Job Summary
The Utility Operator is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the operation of utility systems, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance with regulations. The role requires an individual who can efficiently manage various utilities and support the overall functionality of the service infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor utility systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on utility equipment.
- Respond to service interruptions or emergencies promptly.
- Document system performance and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred.
- Experience in utility operations or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate utility vehicles.
