Job description
The Veterinary Hospital Manager is responsible for managing everyday clinical functions, ensuring financial success, and overseeing the operations of the facility, all while promoting business expansion. This role entails guiding, mentoring, and nurturing the hospital staff to foster a supportive work environment and deliver exceptional patient care. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership or operations management, particularly within a veterinary hospital context. A bachelor’s degree, along with CVPM or LVMT certification, is highly desirable.
