**Hospital Manager**
The Hospital Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring optimal financial performance, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. They play a vital role in supporting the medical team in delivering exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include leading the team, overseeing the recruitment and training processes, and cultivating a positive workplace environment. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in veterinary leadership and hold the credentials of a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or have significant experience as a Veterinary Assistant.
