**Hospital Manager**
The Hospital Manager plays a vital role in offering strategic oversight for the day-to-day operations and collaborates closely with the owner and COO to foster growth. This position entails overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of the veterinary staff to uphold exceptional standards in both patient care and client service. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of experience in veterinary hospital management and a proven track record in leading teams effectively. Familiarity with Vetspire software and holding a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) designation are highly desirable.
