**Job Title: Medical Director**
The Medical Director will oversee the hospital team, providing mentorship to veterinarians and developing clinical guidelines to guarantee exceptional patient care. This role will also involve collaborating with leadership on initiatives for growth while remaining engaged in clinical practice, particularly in surgery and medicine. Applicants must possess a DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary institution and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Washington State. A strong foundation in small animal medicine and surgery is essential, as is a commitment to leadership and fostering team development.
