Develop and improve training materials and peer mentoring opportunities, while partnering with leadership to strengthen team skills and ensure training meets emergency care standards. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and an associate degree or higher in veterinary technology from an AVMA-accredited program is strongly preferred. Candidates must hold a state-recognized veterinary technician credential and have strong emergency medicine knowledge; prior training experience is preferred, along with a passion for teaching, collaboration, and willingness to travel regionally and work rotating or as-needed nights, weekends, and holidays.
