The Vice Chair will direct the design, coordination, and continuous improvement of the department’s inpatient and ambulatory clinical services while serving as the primary liaison with clinical partners. They are responsible for executing a comprehensive clinical operations strategy, managing performance metrics, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence among faculty and staff. Candidates must hold an MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree with board certification in neurology and eligibility for a Texas medical license. Applicants should possess substantial experience in hospital and clinic operations, demonstrating a proven record of leadership in complex academic or healthcare organizations.
