They are responsible for building scalable, efficient operations that improve member and clinician experiences while meeting financial and clinical outcomes. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling complex, distributed operations that integrate technology with physical service delivery. They must possess strong analytical skills, experience in leveraging AI for operational efficiency, and the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
