Job Summary
The Vice President of Strategy & Growth plays a crucial role in combining business development, marketing, program management, and engineering functions to foster profitable expansion within the organization. This position is the key executive responsible for transforming customer demand into effective program results while ensuring that the technical capabilities align with the overarching strategic goals of the company.
Responsibilities
- Integrate various functions such as business development and engineering to enhance growth opportunities.
- Drive and oversee initiatives that translate customer demand into successful program deliverables.
- Ensure alignment of technical capabilities with the strategic objectives of the organization.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business; an advanced degree is highly desirable.
- More than 15 years of progressive leadership experience specifically in aerospace or similar high-reliability technical sectors.
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain security clearance.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace certification procedures and systems engineering principles.
