Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate for the 3rd shift plays a vital role in the efficient running of warehouse operations, ensuring that all tasks related to inventory handling, order fulfillment, and shipment preparation are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying the contents against accompanying documentation.
- Organize and store products in designated areas within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy in product selection and quantities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies during all warehouse activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is advantageous.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks as required.
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
