Job description
**Warehouse Lead**
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing the reception and processing of incoming shipments while leading warehouse staff to guarantee efficient unloading, sorting, and loading operations. This position involves managing dock activities, assessing pallet conditions, and supporting the training and performance evaluation of team members. Ideal candidates should have previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics setting and demonstrate essential skills in computing, mathematics, and literacy. Availability for afternoon shifts, weekends, and overtime is necessary, along with competence in using warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
