Job Summary
The technician will be responsible for conducting maintenance and repairs on injection molding and thermoforming equipment. In addition to corrective actions, they will also perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance. This role includes the accurate documentation of maintenance activities and providing training to fellow team members regarding operational functions within the work area.
Responsibilities
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on injection molding and thermoforming machinery.
- Execute preventive maintenance activities to enhance machine reliability.
- Maintain precise records of all maintenance data and activities.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on work area operations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, or robotics systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals effectively.
