The Wastewater Operator 2 is responsible for controlling water flows, managing biological systems, and performing routine maintenance on plant equipment. They also conduct wastewater testing, handle chemical inventory, and ensure the proper operation of all treatment-related machinery. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and hold an active Wastewater Certification. At least one year of prior experience in a rendering facility or production environment is required.
