Job description
The Group Leader will oversee the performance of the department, manage staff, and develop strategic plans. This position entails leading several projects at the same time, establishing strong client relationships, and providing mentorship to junior team members. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. A minimum of 7 years of experience in the consulting sector, along with at least 3 years in a supervisory role, is required for this position.
