The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is tasked with providing high-quality, outcome-driven nursing care while working closely with the interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans. This role involves supporting discharge planning efforts and ensuring the comfort of residents by utilizing up-to-date nursing techniques. Applicants must possess a current, valid LPN license in good standing. A valid CPR certification is also required or must be secured within 90 days of employment.
