Job description
The Weekend RN Supervisor is tasked with supervising nursing functions, coordinating staff schedules, and guaranteeing exceptional resident care throughout weekend shifts. This position also involves managing documentation, overseeing medication administration, and ensuring adherence to facility policies and physician directives. Applicants must possess a Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Texas and demonstrate strong leadership abilities alongside clinical assessment capabilities. This role requires the individual to work a minimum of eight consecutive hours during a shift and maintain a calm demeanor in a dynamic setting.
