Job description
The Weld Shop Supervisor oversees the welding department’s operational performance, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and labor efficiency. This position guides the welding team by establishing priorities, evaluating performance, and ensuring compliance with standard procedures and production timelines. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in welding or fabrication and 2 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing setting. Candidates must be adept at interpreting fabrication drawings and utilizing ERP systems, and should exhibit strong analytical and communication abilities.
