Additionally, they will conduct quality assessments, uphold equipment standards, and adhere to safety regulations. Applicants should possess at least 5 years of experience in TIG and MIG welding. A solid understanding of blueprint interpretation, fundamental math skills, and mechanical assembly is essential.
