Job description
The Welding Engineer will oversee and execute advanced welding tasks, which involve exploring innovative joining techniques and creating process specifications. They will lead welding research efforts, evaluate test outcomes, and suggest modifications to improve product quality while decreasing production expenses. Applicants should possess a high school diploma, complemented by two years of post-secondary education in metallurgy, weld design, or material strength. Furthermore, a minimum of five years of increasingly responsible experience in welding and process development specifically for precision metal products is necessary.
