Job Summary
The Wellness Nurse plays a crucial role in delivering direct nursing care to residents while overseeing the day-to-day functions of care staff. Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Current LPN license is required.

- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting weights up to 50 lbs.
