The Wind Technician I plays a crucial role in the operations, maintenance, repair, and equipment replacement at wind power generation facilities. This position involves ensuring adherence to safety protocols, accurately documenting completed work, and working in collaboration with the Remote Operations Control Center. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, complemented by a solid mechanical foundation and preferably 1-2 years of experience in the industry. It is essential to be familiar with Microsoft applications, maintenance tools, and to have the capability to perform physically demanding tasks at elevated heights.
