The Wind Technician I plays a crucial role in the onsite management, upkeep, and servicing of wind turbine machinery. Ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards is essential, along with accurately recording all tasks completed through established service reporting methods. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and have a solid mechanical foundation, ideally with 1-2 years of experience in the wind energy sector. Expertise in Microsoft applications and knowledge of maintenance tools and safety regulations are essential.
