**Job Title: Women & Newborn Education Specialist**
The Women & Newborn Education Specialist is responsible for guiding and organizing educational initiatives, competency assessments, and career development for personnel within Women and Newborn Services. This role involves collaborating with nursing leadership to enhance patient care outcomes, maintain compliance with regulations, and act as a trusted clinical expert in the field. Applicants should possess a valid Ohio Registered Nurse license and a Master’s degree in Nursing, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a similar discipline. A minimum of five years of clinical experience in healthcare, with at least three years spent in a women and newborn unit, is essential for this position.
