**Workday Configuration Analyst**
The Workday Configuration Analyst will be responsible for managing the setup, enhancement, and governance of Workday HR systems, encompassing business processes, security protocols, and payroll functionalities. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to convert HR needs into effective and scalable system solutions while maintaining data accuracy and adherence to compliance standards. Applicants should possess substantial experience in a Workday analyst or configuration position within a sizable organization, particularly with the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities are essential for overseeing intricate system enhancements and providing ongoing production support.
