Job Summary
The X-ray Technologist is responsible for conducting standard radiologic exams and supporting medical procedures under a clinician’s oversight. This role involves tasks related to patient management, accurate record-keeping, and ensuring that medical equipment is well-maintained while the facility remains clean and organized.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine radiologic examinations as per clinician directives.
- Assist in various medical support tasks under supervision.
- Manage patient intake and maintain thorough documentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of medical equipment and facilities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Possession of a state-recognized Limited Scope Technician certificate is required.
- A minimum of six months of experience in X-ray and medical assisting is necessary.
- Current certification in CPR and First Aid is required.
