Job description
The role of Senior Camp Counselor involves managing camp groups, executing daily activities, and ensuring the safety and active participation of all campers. This position also includes mentoring less experienced staff and coordinating camp-wide events to foster an enjoyable and meaningful atmosphere. Candidates should be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma, and have previous supervisory experience in a day camp environment. Furthermore, applicants must be prepared to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and successfully complete necessary background screenings.
