**Job Title: Clinical Supervisor**
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for guiding new nurse orientations, conducting in-home assessments, and overseeing the dynamics between nurses and patients. This role includes ensuring adherence to Medicaid guidelines, HIPAA standards, and agency protocols while tracking patient progress effectively. Applicants should possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with a minimum of one year of preferred direct patient care experience. Additionally, a current CPR certification along with excellent communication and documentation skills is essential.
