**Youth Care Worker**
The Youth Care Worker is responsible for delivering hands-on support and guidance to young individuals in a residential environment. This role includes organizing activities and creating a secure atmosphere for the youth. Serving as an encouraging role model, the worker assists youth in building their coping mechanisms and self-assurance. Applicants should be a minimum of 21 years old and have completed a high school diploma or obtained a GED. Previous experience is not necessary, as the organization offers thorough training.
