Job description
The Regional Director will be responsible for supervising before/after-school and camp programs, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations while fostering a stimulating and supportive atmosphere. This role includes recruiting and guiding staff, overseeing financial plans, and cultivating partnerships within the community. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing youth-related programs and teams, as well as a bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of study. Additionally, applicants are required to comply with Virginia’s licensing criteria for site supervision and must exhibit excellent organizational and communication abilities.
