Job Summary
The Hospice Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing the clinical aspects of hospice care, ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of services during their end-of-life journey. This role entails leadership within the healthcare team, guiding staff and facilitating optimal patient care in alignment with regulations and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the clinical staff to deliver outstanding hospice care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
- Coordinate patient care planning and assess quality of services provided.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Foster communication among multidisciplinary teams for improved patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current nursing license and relevant clinical experience in hospice care.
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing healthcare teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hospice regulations and quality assurance standards.
