**Job Title: Mobile Engineering Manager**
In this role, you will guide, support, and cultivate a team of mobile engineers while establishing the technical vision for iOS, Android, and hybrid applications. You will work closely with product stakeholders to convert business needs into actionable plans for essential offline-first mobile solutions. A successful candidate will have over 10 years of practical experience in native iOS development, with a minimum of 3 years in a structured engineering management or technical leadership position. Proficiency in mobile architecture patterns, cross-platform frameworks, and the capacity to operate autonomously in a fully remote setting is essential.
