**Retail Zone Team Leader**
The Retail Zone Team Leader is responsible for leading and directing the operations of a designated area within the retail sales floor. Key duties include managing merchandising strategies, overseeing inventory management, and maintaining exceptional standards in both employee performance and customer interactions. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with 1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail setting. The position demands availability for scheduling during evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the capability to handle physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
