Job description
**Job Title: Retail Zone Team Leader**
As the Retail Zone Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing operations within a designated area of the retail sales floor. Your key duties will involve overseeing product presentation, inventory replenishment, ensuring customer service excellence, and supervising staff. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within retail. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as this position may require availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, you should be capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
