Job description
**Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager is responsible for supervising day-to-day front-of-house operations, leading the front desk team, and ensuring that the club adheres to cleanliness guidelines and performance benchmarks. This role involves supporting the General Manager in staff recruitment, tracking inventory, and fostering employee development to enhance overall business performance. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent—an associate degree is preferred—and have a minimum of six months of supervisory experience in retail or food service. Additionally, candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and exhibit excellent communication and customer service abilities.
