**Senior Construction Project Manager**
The Senior Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing every facet of civil and construction initiatives, encompassing financial oversight, scheduling, and procurement processes. This role emphasizes the timely, safe, and profitable completion of projects while fostering robust relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Applicants should possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management, accompanied by a minimum of 7 years of pertinent experience. Expertise in construction estimating and scheduling software, as well as a valid driver’s license, is essential.
