**Zone Team Leader**
The Zone Team Leader is responsible for steering and managing the effective functioning of a designated zone within the retail sales floor. This role encompasses oversight of merchandising efforts, inventory management, adherence to customer service protocols, and the allocation of daily tasks among team members. Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a medium to large retail setting. The position demands flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the capability to engage in physical activities, such as lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
