**Job Title: Retail Zone Team Leader**
The Retail Zone Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the effective operations of a designated area within the retail sales floor. Key duties involve supervising merchandising efforts, managing inventory workflows, upholding customer service benchmarks, and assigning daily tasks to team members. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting. This position necessitates flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the capability to carry out physical tasks, such as lifting weights of up to 50 pounds.
