**Floating General Manager**
The Floating General Manager is responsible for the seamless operation of the store on a daily basis, encompassing areas such as accounting, marketing, human resources, and food service, all while upholding company policies. This role involves leading store teams, overseeing inventory management, and enhancing store performance through the analysis of profit and loss statements. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in retail management, along with a high school diploma or GED. Additionally, a valid driver’s license is required, and candidates must be able to work flexible hours and meet the physical demands of the job, including the ability to lift items weighing up to 55 lbs.
