**Assistant AV Manager**
The Assistant AV Manager plays a key role in managing daily audio, lighting, and video functions, overseeing a team of staff and volunteers at church campuses. This position includes responsibilities for equipment upkeep, developing efficient workflows, and delivering technical production support for a range of worship services and special events. Applicants should have a solid technical background in audio, lighting, and system design, as well as the capability to lead and train volunteer groups effectively. The role demands physical endurance to handle equipment weighing up to 75 lbs and a willingness to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
