Job description
The Retail Zone Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the operations of a designated area within the retail sales floor. This role encompasses overseeing merchandising strategies, inventory management, maintaining customer service excellence, and supervising staff. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with 1–2 years of leadership experience in a retail setting. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, the position involves physical tasks, such as lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
