Take charge of intricate and high-profile insurance defense cases, encompassing severe injury and wrongful death claims, from the initial strategy formulation all the way through to trial. Manage every phase of litigation while providing guidance to junior team members and working closely with expert witnesses to secure favorable results. Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and hold an active California bar license. A minimum of 8 years of experience in insurance defense litigation is required, showcasing a successful history as lead trial counsel on high-stakes cases.
