Job description
The Director of Dining Services takes charge of the strategic direction of food and beverage operations, prioritizing exceptional service and resident satisfaction. This role involves overseeing financial outcomes, managing departmental budgets, and guiding a team towards operational success. Ideal candidates will possess five to seven years of direct experience in foodservice management, with a solid understanding of P&L and food cost management. A Bachelor’s degree in Food Services Technology or an Associate’s degree accompanied by four years of applicable experience is highly desirable.
