Job description
**Retail Zone Team Leader**
The Retail Zone Team Leader is responsible for leading and directing the efficient operation of a designated area on the retail sales floor. Key duties involve supervising merchandising efforts, handling inventory activities, maintaining store standards, and managing a team to deliver outstanding customer service. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail. This position requires flexible scheduling to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays, and candidates must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
