Job description
The Producer/Operations Manager will play a crucial role in securing new business opportunities and enhancing premium growth, along with managing back-office tasks and ensuring quality workflow. This position involves guiding a virtual assistant in performing routine duties, allowing the manager to concentrate on sales, client engagement, and fostering relationships with carriers. Candidates should possess previous experience in a producer or closing role and hold a current Texas P&C license. While experience with the EZLynx platform is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
