**Zone Team Leader**
The Zone Team Leader is tasked with leading and managing the effective functioning of a designated retail area, which encompasses responsibilities such as merchandising, signage implementation, and inventory oversight. This position involves supervising team members, ensuring adherence to operational guidelines, and upholding exceptional standards for customer service and the overall aesthetics of the store. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a retail setting. The job requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and candidates should be capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
