**Senior CSA Estimator**
The Senior CSA Estimator is responsible for creating and overseeing comprehensive cost plans and estimates for extensive data center projects, guiding them from the initial concept stage through the design phase. This role includes leading estimate evaluations, conducting quantity takeoffs, and offering assistance with procurement and value engineering efforts. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a similar discipline, alongside 5-7 years of applicable experience. A strong background in conceptual estimating and managing large construction programs is essential, and candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
