Job description
The Human Resources Business Partner will deliver daily HR assistance at the West Salem manufacturing facility, concentrating on employee relations, compliance issues, and staffing needs. This position also requires working collaboratively throughout the organization to drive enhancements in HR processes and standardization initiatives. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a comparable area, along with 2 to 7 years of HR experience. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with a manufacturing setting or union interactions are strongly desired.
