We are collaborating with a rapidly expanding small technology firm to find their inaugural Head of Human Resources. This role requires a proactive leader who will not only manage but also construct and expand the HR department from the ground up, accommodating the company’s swift development needs. Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a human resources leadership role, either as an HR Manager or Director.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and HR management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment.
