The Manager of Reliability Planning oversees a team responsible for formulating strategic, long-term capital and maintenance investment approaches for transmission, distribution, and facility assets. This position entails working closely with various departments to promote data-driven decision making, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance asset management practices. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant discipline, along with a minimum of eight years of escalating responsibilities in electric utility engineering or similar asset-heavy sectors. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have at least three years of leadership experience and a strong understanding of asset lifecycle planning and capital budgeting.
